ROVAN Quick Release Roll Cage Braces Aluminium Silver 2pcs - ROV-85209

Optional silver aluminium, quick release roll cage braces. These are secured in place with grub screws. These require custom installation.

Instructions:

1. Cut the roll cage rails both sides (using a hacksaw) midway between the spark plug cover and where roll cage goes under the rear shock brace.
2. Remove lower front roll cage brace body clips and washers underneath the lip of the front chassis and set aside.
3.  Unclip the roll cage from the center brace, remove the front part of the roll cage and set aside.
4. Place the quick release brace over the part of the roll cage still on the truck, and push in place, the grub screw holes should face toward the rear of the truck, install the grub screws but do not tighten.
5. Push the cut ends on the front part of the roll cage into the two forward facing holes on the quick release brace.
6. Clip the roll cage back into the center brace
7. Push the front brace on the roll cage back into the chssis holes, place the shaped washers and re-instal the body clips.
8. Tighten up the grub screws on the quick release brace.
