This is the standard suspension arm bracket in the Tornado models 9115, 9116 and 9120. It is made of black plastic. The suspension arm pins (upper and lower) go through one of these, through the suspension arm and then through the other one of these. This part then screw fixes to the bulkhead in the front and the transmission block in the rear.
